All work should be creative and pleasurable

The creativity of performing any task is necessary for success and this creativity will only be achieved when individuals will develop a positive perception towards the works they are involved in. it then remains that all work should be gratifying and innovative according to William Morris who was an artist, a sociologist and a designer.

The ingredient of making work to be gratifying is the element of creativity which is wired in the process of performing any task. Otherwise, it will be a boring way to perform a task with all the old tricks again and again. Perhaps, robots can manage to do repetitive tasks like hitting the ENTER key on the keyboard every after 2 minutes for 24 hours in an attempt to carry out a repetitive procedure in a manufacturing plant or a laboratory.

The humans are thinking things which differentiate them from robots (Chris, 1996). Creativity should be expected in all humans including myself since in every day life, I am met with necessity which requires that I solve the problem at hand. I will then make a step in drawing various solutions which I will feel appropriate for the puzzle before me.

It goes without mention that necessity is the mother of all inventions. Inventions are motivations since a whole new world hidden by think blanket is deciphered through creativity. When I acquire the reward of creativity, I will automatically be gratified and gratification often expressed as euphoric feeling will be my reward for being creative in my tasks (Chris, 1996).    It should be embraced by every human (and not robots) that all work should be done creatively and with enthusiasm. The two elements will make the greatest factor of production, labor or human resource to perform effectively in the production process.
